Lots of Arsenal fans have reflected upon Dennis Bergkamp after the north London club posted a throwback of his last goal for the Gunners on their official Twitter page.
The former Dutch international took his goal in typical classy fashion, side-footing a gorgeous finish into the bottom corner from just outside of the box against West Bromwich Albion at Highbury back in April 2006. Arsenal won the match 3-1 with Bergkamp also grabbing an assist after coming off the bench to strengthen the Gunners’ challenge for fourth spot, as per the BBC.

The 50-year old made 402 appearances in all competitions for AFC, scoring 109 goals and providing 71 assists, according to Transfermarkt. Bergkamp enjoyed an illustrious career in England, winning three Premier League titles and four FA Cup trophies, as he was also voted player of the year in the 1997/98 campaign, as per the website.
