Loads of Arsenal fans have been celebrating Ismaila Sarr’s heroics for Watford on Saturday after the 22-year-old inspired the Hornets to a shock 3-0 victory against Liverpool.
Sarr scored twice to condemn the league leaders to defeat, crushing their hopes of finishing the season unbeaten in the process. Arsenal, of course, are the only team in Premier League history to accomplish the feat, hence fans’ delight at the events that unfolded at Vicarage Road.
So pleased with the job Sarr managed to do on the day, one Arsenal supporter even went as far as to say that the Senegal international has done more for the club than Alexandre Lacazette. Clearly, not everyone from the red side of north London is happy with the Frenchman right now amid some difficulties this season.
He has only scored six goals in the current Premier League campaign and has been overlooked by manager Mikel Arteta in the last couple of games.
