Arsenal and Chelsea have been put on alert with the news that Paris Saint Germain star Javier Pastore wants to play for a bigger club.
The Argentine playmaker only joined the French outfit last summer from Palermo for a reported fee of around £35m. However, the ambitious 22-year-old already has his eyes set on challenge.
“I train with great conviction in order to realise my dream of playing with a big team,”
Pastore told the French press.
“If I want a team bigger than PSG to contact me, then it depends on me.”
While Arsenal and Chelsea would definitely be interested in a player of Pastore’s quality, the fee required to persuade PSG to sell is likely to be too great.
