Arsenal: Loads of fans rave about 18 y/o ‘superstar in the making’

Loads of Arsenal fans raved over young striker Folarin Balogun’s performance in Arsenal u23’s 4-3 win in the Premier League International Cup against Monaco last night.

The youngster scored two goals, including a late winner, to book their place in the semi-finals of the competition. Defender Zech Medley scored the other two goals as Gunners fans online were joyous about the result.

Balogun was born in New York and has represented both the USA and England at youth level, but is also eligible to play for Nigeria (via Arsenal.com).

Indeed, the pacey forward scored 25 goals in the Arsenal u18’s title-winning season in just 19 games, via Arsenal.com. As a result, Gunners fans will be raving even more about him if he keeps up these types of performances. These fans took to Twitter to praise the young man, where one fan even dubbed him as ‘the new Henry’ and another said he was ‘a superstar in the making’:
