Arsene Wenger must start these 3 Arsenal players in every game from now on

We here at the Transfer Tavern like to keep our punters up to date with all things football and we know our punters love the best league in the world, the Premier League.

So with that let’s take a look at Arsenal.

The Gunners had made a mixed start, however things are looking up for the Emirates Stadium side, with the additions made on deadline day it showed some real intent from the board and the club that they aren’t going to just settle this year.

We have seen a number of changes to the Arsenal side already this season with major injuries to the likes of Gabriel and Mertesacker, it gave young Rob Holding a chance to play.

So up till recent games Arsene Wenger had to try different options but he has been getting it just right in the last few games with victories, and in particular their drubbing of Chelsea this weekend just gone.

With that here are THREE players that must surely been on the team-sheet every game from here on out…

Alex Iwobi

The 20-year-old Nigerian broke onto the scene at the end of last term due to injury problems in the squad.

Since then he has looked completely in his element, the youngster is the latest in a long line of players to come through the youth ranks at Arsenal and then to break into the first team.

He showed his ability against Chelsea and was a shinning star in the Gunners triumph – it’d be hard to drop him based on his form alone.

Alexis Sanchez

This probably seems like a logical answer to this question, but we here at the tavern and in particular our landlord feels that the Chilean player should keep his spot upfront in the Arsenal side, despite having Giroud and Perez for competition.

The 28-year-old has proven in the last few games that he is not just a make shift striker, and could or should well be considered as a permanent solution to the Gunners striker woes.

With that he also plays very well off Iwobi and Walcott but we are sure whoever drops in on the wing he would play well alongside.

Shkodran Mustafi

The German centre-half has looked a solid performer playing along side Laurent Koscielny.

Obviously Rob Holding made a brilliant start during his time on the pitch, but at a club like Arsenal aiming for the league title, you need to have your best players playing on a regular basis and Mustafi is that!

Even when club captain Per Mertesacker comes back he may well find himself sat on the bench.

With Mustafi still being only 24-year-old he’s brilliant now and with himself and Koscielny they could for sure be one of the better partnerships for years to come.
