Aston Villa have been boosted in their pursuit of Athletic Bilbao youngster Nico Williams, with a new report claiming he could leave the La Liga club.

This is good news for Villa, with Williams clearly unsure over his future at Bilbao and weighing up the possibility of a fresh challenge elsewhere.
The young Spaniard could be a brilliant summer signing by Emery, having been hailed as ‘incredible’ by his brother and teammate Inaki Williams.
At 20, Williams would be a long-term acquisition, providing depth in wide areas, but one goal for Spain and 17 goal contributions for Bilbao outline his potential.
