Willian could be set to depart from Chelsea this summer as two lucrative deals are tabled for his services.
According to Sky Sports, the Brazilian has commanded a lot of interest ahead of next season, with clubs ready to pounce on Chelsea’s vulnerable position. No new terms have been agreed between the two parties yet and the Blues are at risk of losing Willian for free in this transfer window, as his contract is set to expire.
The report stated that both Barcelona and David Beckham’s Inter Miami have tabled an offer for the 31-year-old. The proposed deals will likely be very attractive to Willian, who was originally looking to pen an extra three years with Chelsea. However, contract talks stalled when the Blues countered his request with a maximum of a two-year deal.
Both clubs in pursuit of the winger are willing to offer at least three years, which is exactly what Willian is seeking.

The £20.2m-valued attacker has been crucial in Frank Lampard’s first Premier League season, contributing 11 goals and nine assists across all competitions, taking his all-time club total to 63 goals and 62 assists (via Transfermarkt).
Since English football restarted last month, Willian has tallied seven goal involvements, which ultimately aided Chelsea’s top four finish and helped them to reach the FA Cup final (via Sofascore).
The Brazilian is clearly regarded highly at Chelsea, with Lampard recently lauding his ‘influential’ impact on the team (via Independent).

Unless the Blues can match Barcelona and Inter Miami in their offers, they will lose their long-time serving winger on a free transfer this summer, which would be a huge regret given how potent he has been in recent weeks and, indeed, throughout his time at Stamford Bridge.
