Arthur’s strike against Villarreal really was something special, and for more than the fact it helped to earn a 2-1 victory for Barcelona.
The 23-year-old took two touches to get the ball out of his feet and set himself, before firing a thunderous strike into the top corner from range, leaving Sergio Asenjo pretty much no chance of stopping it, as shown in the highlights video on the LaLiga YouTube channel.

The Brazilian was named as Barca’s best player for the game by WhoScored with a rating of 7.9, having completed 90% of his attempted passes, made 3 successful dribbles and won 3 tackles.
