Glasgow Rangers’ Borna Barisic has had a rather distinguished season so far.
Of course, it remains to be seen whether Scottish football does return following the coronavirus pandemic, but the Croatia international has been fantastic even if it were to be ended in the near future. He has managed no fewer than 14 assists so far this campaign, with him becoming a vital member of Steven Gerrard’s starting XI in the process. At £2.2m, he looks increasingly like a bargain signing.
