Birmingham City look well on course for a mid-table finish this season as they continue to rack up the draws in the Sky Bet Championship.
The Blues have had a season that has been up, down and in the middle this year and that is reflected by their league results.
They’ve had 12 wins, 11 draws and 13 losses so it really has been a bit of everything for them under Pep Clotet this year.
In recent weeks, though, they have at least seen some form of consistency with four draws on the bounce and that, added to their run beforehand without loss, and coupled with Liverpool losing at the weekend, has earned them this title:

Of course, Blues fans would like to have seen more wins towards the end of the run but, even so, it highlights a resilience that is in the squad at the moment.
Indeed, they may not make the play-off this year but keep this characteristic and the future could be bright, with fans on Twitter reacting to the reveal:

Turn a few of the draws into wins and we’d of been in the top half right now
