Birmingham City could be play-off contenders this season if they can find a bit more consistency in their results in the Sky Bet Championship.
15th in the league table after a couple of disappointing defeats, the Blues’ next task sees them take on Hull City at the weekend and that’ll be a game where they’ll feel they can get something if things fall their way.
Certainly, though, they need to add more goals to their side from somewhere and in January that’s what they should look to do – though it remains to be seen what capability they have to do exactly that.
