Many Brighton fans have responded on Twitter after the club released a video of the celebrations at the Amex after their last-minute winner versus Everton on Saturday.
Brighton won the game 3-2 after being 2-1 down heading into the final 10 minutes. A penalty taken by Neal Maupay put the scores back level, and in the 94th minute, a low cross from Leandro Trossard forced Lucas Digne to turn the ball into his own net, which sent Brighton fans and players into absolute raptures.
In the video released by the club, you can see a slow-motion video of the Brighton players celebrating, which includes Trossard roaring away to the fans passionately, but perhaps more notably, Neal Maupay can be seen in the background jibing Jordan Pickford before throwing the ball at the ‘keeper.
