Restless Celtic fans have shown their displeasure at their club’s recent signing, believing The Bhoys are still left with weaknesses in different positions.
The club announced the signing of Australian teenager Daniel Arzani on a two-year loan from Man City, but supporters feel that the signing of a winger does not address their underlying issues.
Fans sarcastically questioned whether the young winger could play as a defender, feeling unsatisfied with their current crop of players, made worse by rumours that Dedryck Boyata is soon to leave the Glaswegian club.
Celtic crashed out of the Champions League qualification this week, after losing to Hearts at the weekend, with the Celtic defence coming under fire in those performances.
Arzani (valued at £1.35m on Transfermarkt.co.uk) became Australia’s youngest World Cup player at this year’s tournament at the age of 19 and 165 days.
Despite Arzani being a hugely promising winger, Celtic will still need to recruit defenders this transfer window in order to please their fans that are growing increasingly impatient.

Is he a centre half? Perhaps a right back?
