Celtic moved five points clear at the top of the Premiership on Wednesday night, although some Hoops fans on Twitter were still critical of one aspect of the team’s performance.

First-half goals from Ryan Christie and Olivier Ntcham were enough to secure a 2-0 win away to Hearts, their ninth successive victory in the league.
However, Neil Lennon’s team could easily have returned to Glasgow with an even more comprehensive margin of victory, having spurned several opportunities to add to their lead before and after half-time.
The Hoops did find the net in the second half but Callum McGregor’s goal was disallowed for offside, with the 26-year-old seeing a later opportunity thwarted by Hearts goalkeeper Joel Pereira. [via BBC]
Odsonne Edouard also passed up a chance to add to his 14-goal tally this season, unable to convert a second half header, while James Forrest was culpable of a poor miss in the first half with the score at 1-0. [via BBC]
These Celtic fans on Twitter were disappointed at the number of chances that their team failed to convert in the win at Tynecastle:
Unmarked, their defence all over the place, Eddy should be burying that header.
We’ve scuppered a lot of decent chances, a better opposition would captitalise on that.
Step it up Celts, put it to bed 🍀

Should of been 5-0 if we can learn to finish
