Our Crystal Palace fans here in the Transfer Tavern can’t wait for their side to get going this season under new manager Frank de Boer.
Indeed, after feeling left in the lurch a bit by Sam Allardyce after he left at the end of the season there is now renewed optimism that de Boer can help them climb up the league table.
For sure, then, he’ll need to get in plenty of signings to help him do just that and our landlord reckons that the men from Selhurst Park have got off to a fine start today in signing Ruben Loftus-Cheek on loan.
