Chelsea could be handed a transfer window boost as West Ham and Crystal Palace register interest in Michy Batshuayi.

The Blues are looking for more funds towards their summer spending spree and one of their London rivals could be about to help them out. According to Belgian outlet DH (via Sport Witness), Batshuayi is on both clubs' radars ahead of next season as the striker looks increasingly likely to leave Stamford Bridge.

The report from Belgium claims both Premier League outfits 'could be interested' in acquiring the 26-year-old's services. Chelsea are looking to make back as much of the original €40million (£35.5m) paid for Batshuayi as possible.

With the rise of Tammy Abraham and now Olivier Giroud operating in fine form, having netted four in his last six, the forward has been limited to just 16 Premier League appearances this season. He has a total of eight goals across this term but only one in the top flight (via Transfermarkt). Now, with the addition of newest signing Timo Werner, it seems Batshuayi has lost his place at the club after falling drastically down the pecking order.

He is contracted with the Blues until next year, so Chelsea will want to get what they can before he becomes a free agent.

Batshuayi has a current Transfermarkt value of £15.7m, but Frank Lampard and Co may be able to squeeze more out of any potential suitors. However, any cash raised from the sale of the Belgian will be welcomed and may be added to the pot for Kai Havertz's transfer fee.

The Blues are reportedly favourites to sign the Bundesliga star (via Sky Sports). However, Bayer Leverkusen are demanding £90m for the midfielder, which is a hefty amount in this current climate. Chelsea will need to scrape up the money if they want to land their man and a quick sale to a London rival could be the perfect place to start.
