The 33-year-old is out of contract at Stamford Bridge at the end of the current season, and it seems that Jose Mourinho is ready to let the talisman move on as he eyes a new era for the side.

Terry has always stated that he wanted to finish his distinguished career with the club but he has become increasingly frustrated with the club’s policy of only offering its older players a one-year deal.

Amazingly to the Blues fans in the bar, the paper then suggests that sources close to the player have indicated that this uncertainty could see Terry not being at Chelsea next season.

In a week where fans favourite Juan Mata will join rivals Manchester United, this is more news that suggests Mourinho is ready to make significant changes at Stamford Bridge as he looks to bring success back to the former Champions League winner. However the Blues without Terry would feel strange.
