Our Leeds fans here in the Transfer Tavern really would like their side to get a new manager in before the start of pre-season.
Indeed, the Whites have been without a boss since Garry Monk upped sticks and though we’re not in the middle of a campaign, the time it has taken the club to sort things out is far from ideal.
In fact, pre-season is now not that long ago and our landlord reckons that if they don’t get someone in before too long it will begin to seriously hinder at least the start of the Whites’ season.
Who comes in, though, really is up for debate and so whilst we wait for that fans can only discuss it and hope the likes of Chris Wood return from international duty unscathed.
Indeed, he was in action for New Zealand recently – as per the club’s Twitter – and so here’s the best of the reaction to that:
