They come up against a Boro side that successfully halted the Manchester City express train before the international break, but with a Premier League title race well and truly in their hands – the pressure is on Chelsea to continue pressing and keep up their push at the top of the table.
One way they can do that is through investment in players that we know will come good in years to come. The Blues have a real chance to assert their dominance in the league once again thanks to an open league table, and through good signings – they can definitely do just that.

Milos Pantovic
One young man making serious waves with Bayern Munich is Milos Pantovic, a young Serbian forward.
The 20-year-old U21 international has featured just once for the first team but after a strong campaign with Bayern Munich II last season – he’s come into the spotlight.
He’s played at Bayern at every level in their academy and even the briefest of internet searches shows how much of talent this young man is.
He’s comfortable running at players and is composed when through one-and-one. He has also scored some absolute screamers in the past so he could be very special indeed.
Julian Green
American winger Julian Green holds the record for the youngest American to ever score at a World Cup and at just 21-years-old, there’s real optimism he will go on to break more records through his career.
He’s known for his electric pace, keenness to run at opposition defenders and tireless work rate – all things that are due to make him a top player.
Whilst he’s not quite broken into the Bayern Munich first team just yet, he’s had good spells in the reserves and with Hamburg in recent years – and many in the Tavern think that he’s destined for a career at the top.
