Liverpool have been able to look down on Everton for quite a while now.
The Toffees have not won a trophy since the FA Cup in 1995, whilst the Reds last piece of silverware came less than 12 months ago as they lifted the biggest trophy of the lot – the Champions League. Not only that, the Anfield outfit are a huge 45 points above their city rivals in the Premier League – Everton could double their points tally and still be eight behind.
Now, it seems the fans are enjoying a transfer rumour from the Goodison Park club. It has been reported that Carlo Ancelotti’s men are interested in signing Philippe Coutinho on loan, a player who left Liverpool in January 2018 for Barcelona.
