Share

Many Crystal Palace fans are loving the fact that Wilfried Zaha’s performance against West Bromwich Albion did not go unnoticed as he received another Team of the Week upgrade from FIFA 21.

Zaha was on fire against the Baggies as he scored two goals and picked up a 9.0 rating in their 5-1 victory. These three points helps them sit eleventh in the Premier League as things stand (SofaScore).

Roy Hodgson has praised him a lot this season, saying after the earlier victory against Fulham: ‘He’s an excellent player,’ drooling over the display against the Cottagers in which Zaha scored the decisive second goal in a 2-1 win.

There is no doubting the quality of the Ivorian, and he is in the form of his life as he has managed seven goals and two assists in his nine Premier League appearances this campaign.

The fact that the two games against Newcastle and Burnley which Zaha missed due to having COVID-19 saw the South London team lose both games emphasises how crucial he is to the side too, and it’s no surprise to see the Selhurst Park faithful drooling over their talisman in response to his FIFA upgrade.
