Many Crystal Palace fans have criticised star player Wilfried Zaha on Twitter after a fan’s news account tweeted about Zaha looking to sack his agent.
According to the Times (via talkSPORT), Zaha wants to get rid of his agent Will Salthouse for failing to secure a move away from Selhurst Park.
The attacker had interest from both Arsenal and Everton, with both sides bidding for the player, but ultimately neither side could meet Crystal Palace’s demands for the Ivorian international.
Salthouse, who is part of the agency USM, has now allegedly been told by Zaha that he doesn’t want to be represented by him.
According to talkSPORT, Palace would have accepted a bid of £80m for the winger. However, no side reached that value, with Everton coming the closest with an alleged £55m offer plus Cenk Tosun.
Palace fans haven’t responded the best to the news on Twitter, with many lambasting Zaha, saying that the club needs to move on from this saga.

Poor Wilf, you have to feel sorry for him, especially after he made a video at the end of last season saying how much he loved playing for Palace. He was happy earning over £100k per week. Sell him in Jan and get players in who are hungry and grateful for the opportunity
