Many Crystal Palace fans have been posting memories all over the club’s Twitter page in the wake of Roy Hodgson’s two-year anniversary as boss.
Hodgson was appointed at Selhurst Park on September 12, 2017 after Frank de Boer was sacked after just four games in charge of the club.
Within his time at Palace, he managed to keep them in the division comfortably in his first season, and in his second he was able to take them to their record points tally for a 38-game season (per Football.London), finishing 12th in the division.
It’s been a great start for the club this season, despite a summer of uncertainty as Wilfried Zaha was continuously linked with a move away from Selhurst Park. Palace sit in the Champions League spots after four games – winning two, drawing one and losing one.
