Many Crystal Palace fans had their say on Twitter about Jamie Vardy’s goal celebration after he scored against the club on Sunday.
The former England international – and now the top scorer in the Premier League with 10 from 11 – secured all three points for his high-flying Leicester side on Sunday when he put Leicester 2-0 up with just a few minutes remaining, by capping off a great move with a top finish.

If you’ve seen a lot of Vardy’s goals, you’ll know that he has absolutely no problem with celebrating in front of the opposition fans (as shown via The Sun); in fact, sometimes he looks like he revels in it. Sunday afternoon was certainly no different, as when he bagged in front of the Holmesdale Road end, he began to do a celebration as if he were an Eagle, subsequently riling many of the Palace fans.
Lots of Palace fans had their say on Twitter, with a varied response. A few mocked how it had taken him so long to score and win against Palace after the Eagles have enjoyed some success against them in the past, while others claimed it was fair enough as they claimed to have heard some abuse coming from the Palace support about Jamie’s wife, Rebekah Vardy.
