Crystal Palace are continuing their efforts to rebuild their midfield this summer as Roy Hodgson looks to improve on last season’s campaign.
The Eagles have already landed Cheikhou Kouyate and Max Meyer during the transfer window, however, it appears that the former England manager has turned his attention to another international ace.
The 23-year-old is thought to be available for a fee worth around €19.6million, however, Dendoncker’s agent appeared to put an end to the Palace rumours last week when he told Foot Mercato that his client had snubbed a move to the top-flight side.
The Verdict:

Despite the claims that Dendoncker rejected a move to Crystal Palace last week, the rumours remain that the club are still interested in him.
The 23-year-old would be a brilliant signing for the club as he is extremely versatile and could offer some much-needed depth and quality to Hodgson’s squad.
Should he join, it will be interesting to see if he is a starter, following the arrivals of Kouyate and Meyer, or if he will be used in a rotation system.
