Tottenham Hotspur are one of the form teams in the Premier League as their lack of summer spending appears to have had no effect.
The Lilywhites have enjoyed a perfect start to the current campaign with a tough fixture away at Vicarage Road coming up tomorrow. Although, Tottenham had some transfer business to deal with yesterday, as according to Le10Sport, Daniel Levy wanted €35 million (£31 million) for Danny Rose, which forced Paris Saint-Germain to walk away from any potential deal.

But, the Ligue 1 champions were unwilling to meet Daniel Levy’s demands.
Interestingly, the two clubs had been in discussions over a move for the England left-back, which would have been a loan with an option to buy.
However, when Daniel Levy named his price, PSG refused and moved on to other left-back options.
THE VERDICT:
Daniel Levy’s asking price forced discussions with Paris Saint-Germain to break down as they turned their attentions elsewhere for a new left-back.
Indeed, Tottenham won’t mind keeping the left-back as he started against Manchester United last time out and helped keep a clean sheet, so perhaps he will play a huge part for the Lilywhites this season.
The London club failed to bring any players in this summer, so losing Rose would have forced them into taking a step backwards by losing one of their better players.
