Crystal Palace fans in the Tavern will be delighted with their opening fixture next season, should all go to plan, they will be celebrating an opening day win.
Frank de Boer finds himself making his managerial debut for Crystal Palace at home against newly promoted Huddersfield on the opening day of the season.
Although Huddersfield are now a Premier League side and should be treated as one, De Boer will surely be disappointed with anything other than a win to kick start the season.
With the likes of Zaha and Benteke, goals shouldn’t be an issue against the weaker opposition but should Palace find themselves struggling, or should certain players just need a rest on the opening day, Palace have an abundance of players they can bring on to nab a goal or to keep Huddersfield’s defence on their toes.
On that note, here are two players De Boer must utilise as impact subs on the opening day of the season, against Huddersfield.
Chung-Yong Lee

Being used mainly as an impact sub last season, it is easy to see why De Boer would do the same.
A capable player and a useful one to bring on to see out a game and maybe be in a position to provide an assist for the likes of Benteke.
He will probably be brought on for Zaha in the closing stages of the game should the winger need a rest and Lee is perfectly capable of doing a decent job to see the game out.
Sullay Kaikai

On loan at Brentford last season, Sullay Kaikai managed 18 appearances in the Championship, scoring three goals and getting one assist in the process.
Whilst he is in no way ready for a place in the first team at a Premier League side, what better chance will De Boer have in a league game this season to give the kid a chance.
A home match against the play-off winners last season, realistically speaking, this should be their easiest game all season long so why not bring Kaikai on and see what he can do.
