With the international break upon us, a lot of fans are looking back to last weekend’s action to get them through a tough couple of weeks without club football. For Everton fans, that means looking back over their win over Leicester and a fantastic piece of brilliance from new man, Bernard to set up the Toffees’ opener.

The Signing of Bernard is looking like a quality one. The little Brazilian has the ability to turn any full-back in the Premier League inside out with his pace, speed of thought and end product and that’s exactly what the Everton fans got a good look at when he turned Ricardo Pereira and Daniel Amartey inside out before clipping ball over for Richarlison to tap home inside just seven minutes.
The Goodison Park faithful will be desperate to see more of Bernard’s elite trickery and will hope he can continue his fine form when the Premier League returns on the 21st October. Marco Silva’s side will be hosting Crystal Palace and if Bernard can get himself going against an inconsistent Palace backline then he could be key to see ing his side mastermind a victory, although for now with that game ten days away, the fans will just be enjoying the clip of their Brazilian tearing Leicester apart.
