Plenty of Everton fans have been slamming a transfer link to former Chelsea man Bertrand Traore as Sky Sports reported that Olympique Lyon are prepared to sell him in the summer window.
As per the outlet, the Burkina Faso international has been watched by several clubs from the Premier League, including Crystal Palace, Leicester City and Newcastle United.

Perhaps Traore would be an upgrade on Carlo Ancelotti’s current team, as the winger averaged more shots, key passes, dribbles and crosses per game than Alex Iwobi, Theo Walcott and Bernard in their respective domestic leagues in the 2019/20 season, according to Whoscored.

However, some members of the Goodison Park faithful will remember his rather barren spell at Stamford Bridge, where he only managed to last one campaign, playing in just 16 matches in all competition, scoring four goals and making one assist (via Transfermarkt).
Given his relatively poor time in English football, perhaps it is not a surprise that these EFC supporters slammed the link to the 24-year old on Twitter:

Hopefully not. Bailey wants to play in
England and Leverkusen will be open to the idea of selling him this summer.— Raumdeuter. (@exiledtoffee) August 11, 2020
