Everton: Fans slam Ryan Fraser after reports that he wants to sign for the Toffees

Many Everton fans have slammed Ryan Fraser after news emerged from the Daily Mail that he would like to move to the Merseyside club in the upcoming summer transfer window after his current contract expires.

As per the report, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have also been linked with the Bournemouth man, although the 26-year old has apparently told his teammates that the Toffees are his best option.

However, several members of the Blues faithful do not seem to fancy the Scottish international even on a free transfer, which could be justified as he has only scored one goal and provided a mere four assists in 32 games in all competitions so far in the 2019/20 season, according to Transfermarkt.

One Everton supporter likened him to a ‘mini McGeady’, a reference to the Irish winger who only ever managed one goal in his entire career at Goodison Park (via the website). Another fan said that they would ‘rather play Gordon’, referring to the young midfield player who has only made four senior appearances for the club (per Transfermarkt).

One season wonder, we’ve already have been caught out far to many times to take another one of these again, surely?! Definetly not better than Bernard or Iwobi, Walcott, Bolasie…………….
