Everton fans have been struggling through their inconsistencies this season. The Toffees have enjoyed wins at home against Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal in recent weeks, yet yesterday they could only draw 0-0 at Crystal Palace. Going forward, they looked tame but at the back Kurt Zouma and co were wonderful to watch.

Zouma is on-loan from Chelsea at Goodison Park this season and has been sublime. He may not be staying on Merseyside this summer, but there is nothing that the Goodison Park faithful want more than to see the impressive Frenchman become a full-time addition to the club, especially with his performances this season at the heart of their defence.
Two of the first things that the Toffees want to see in summer are permanent deals worked out for Andre Gomes and Zouma. After that they’ll want an out-and-out goalscorer brought in, but for the most part, it’s about keeping the squad they’ve got now and that means securing the loan players they have who are playing so well down to permanent deals, starting with their impressive Frenchman.

The Toffees would love to see Zouma sign a permanent deal at Goodison Park, and it’s not the most absurd of deals either which should give Marco Silva and co hope of getting it done.
