Today’s WAG is Gemma Atkinson, the former Hollyoaks actress turned glamour model, who was once engaged to Marcus Bent, and was the girlfriend of Cristiano Ronaldo.
I use the term “actress” lightly, because appearing in Hollyoaks isn’t a credit to your acting ability: even I could probably act in Hollyoaks. As well as appearing in the Channel 4 soap, Gemma, 25, appeared in a number of spin-offs for the show, including Hollyoaks: Let Loose and Hollyoaks: In the City.
As well as acting, Gemma has appeared in several lads mags, which include FHM, Nuts, ZOO and Maxim, where she is a popular figure due to her enhanced “assets”.
In terms of WAG credentials, Atkinson was engaged to QPR striker Marcus Bent, he who also dated Danielle Lloyd, and Gemma was obviously drawn to him because of his sparkling personality (well it can’t be for his success as a top footballer). She also went out with Ronaldo, and now the Bury lass is going out with Liam Richards, who apparently was on Britain’s Got Talent.
