Rangers are stepping up their recruitment drive on and off the field this summer as Steven Gerrard prepares to restructure the club and fans in the Transfer Tavern will be excited with the movements.
The Liverpool legend has been active in his pursuit for new players this summer, having already signed three and has lined up numerous more, however, he is also planning a shake-up of his backroom staff as well.
Gerrard has decided to raid his former club to bring Jordan Milsom to Ibrox to take on the role of head of performance at the Glasgow outfit, having spent eight years working with the Reds.
Would like to say a huge thank you and goodbye to all of those special people I’ve worked with at LFC for the past 8 years. It was a privilege to work for my boyhood club. Now on to a new challenge working for Rangers FC.

The former fitness coach took to Twitter to reveal the news that he is ready to start a new challenge and thanked Liverpool for his time at the club.
Landlord’s Verdict
Gerrard is certainly making his mark on the Scottish outfit and has started to restructure his backroom staff into a group of people he knows well and trusts to help him turn Rangers into the force they once were.
The locals in the Tavern will be looking forward to how their partnership works and will be hoping for similar results to that of when the pair worked together with the development side at Anfield.
