At Glasgow Rangers, just like many other clubs, matches and trophies are not only won by the 11 players who take the field.
So many people make up a football team nowadays. Of course, you have the players, but there is also the management staff, the doctors, the physios, and even the kitman. Without a whole group of people who work together, it is impossible to strive for success.

At Ibrox, the kitman holds a special place within the fabric of the club. Jimmy Bell was put in charge of the kit when Graeme Souness was the manager back in the 1980s, and he has been in the same role ever since. Quite frankly, he is a massive part of the furniture at the club, and it would unlikely be the same without him.
