Glasgow Rangers: Fans react to Dundee United update

Glasgow Rangers currently sit top of the Premiership, but they will admit that this has been a season like no other.

After six matches of the campaign, the Gers have won five, and currently top the table. They even have a six-point lead over their fierce city rivals, Celtic, but that only comes after the Bhoys had two matches postponed as Boli Bolingoli broke quarantine and lockdown regulations. They were not the only side to find themselves in such a situation – Aberdeen met the same fate after no less than eight of their players did the same.

Nicola Sturgeon has threatened to pause the Scottish season should another such situation occur, and she may have been given the ammo to do just that. It has been reported that Dundee United are launching an investigation after Mark Connolly refused to wear a face mask in a taxi.

This news has attracted the attention of the Gers supporters, and they have been reacting in their droves – some appear to believe that the season should be ended prematurely, like it was last season, which would give them their 55th Scottish league title.
