Alfredo Morelos’ future at Glasgow Rangers remains up in the air.
The Colombia international has been fantastic for the Gers on the pitch for the most part since signing for £1.08m in 2017. He has scored 77 goals in 137 matches during that time, including 29 last season, and he has become Steven Gerrard’s go-to man in terms of putting the ball into the back of the net.

However, there are question marks over other parts of his game such as his temperament – during his spell at Ibrox, he has already picked up six red cards, which makes it sometimes difficult to rely on him.
Over the past few weeks and months, the 24-year-old has been consistently linked with a move away from the 54-time Scottish champions, with it even being said that the club expect him to move on this summer.

This will sound really unfair but I think Morelos is now holding Rangers back. His form seems to coincide with the teams form over the last two seasons. I understand when he is playing at the top of his game he is unreal, but he needs to do it for a full season.
