Our Leeds fans here in the Transfer Tavern really have enjoyed the start of the season and are pretty annoyed that the international break has arrived now.
Indeed, the Whites have come flying out of the traps and are unbeaten in all competitions with them right up near the top of the second tier table after a strong win at Nottingham Forest over the weekend.
For sure, then, it’s been an impressive start to life at the club for manager Thomas Christiansen and he’ll certainly be looking to try and keep that up with some of his players performing brilliantly at the moment too.
Indeed, one such man that has started well is Kalvin Phillips in midfield who, though he has had a fair amount of doubters, too, has performed well enough to get into the EFL Team of the Week twice this campaign.
