The Rangers fans in the Transfer Tavern are growing increasingly frustrated with their club’s failure to confirm the next manager at Ibrox.
Rangers sacked their former manager Pedro Caixinha almost 4 weeks ago after the board deemed their form unacceptable considering the level of investment they’ve put into the club. Graeme Murty has been in temporary charge of the club since the 26th of October, but the hierarchy at Ibrox have yet to make a formal decision regarding their next long-term appointment.
Up until now, the Rangers fans have been relatively patient considering the circumstances. Murty’s 100% record prior to the weekend had temporarily defused tensions at the club, but Rangers 2 nil home defeat to Hamilton this weekend has further intensified the frustration amongst the supporters.
The club’s official Twitter page did little to ease the concerns of the supporters yesterday, as their post detailing information regarding their 4th round Scottish Cup tie further antagonised the disgruntled Gers.

The Tweet provoked plenty of calls for the club to deliver some facts on the managerial situation rather than their 4th round opponents.
And the supporters will certainly be hoping for some clarity at the club by the time they meet Fraserburgh in January next year.
