Nathaniel Clyne looks set to end a miserable streak at Liverpool with Cardiff City willing to offer the player an option this January, according to WalesOnline.
As one of Liverpool’s many signings from Southampton, Clyne enjoyed a very positive start to his career at Anfield before an untimely back injury that saw him out of action for a total of 257 days and 44 games.
Since then, Alexander Trent-Arnold has occupied the starting spot and hasn’t really put a foot wrong – meaning Clyne has been all but frozen out of the squad. Indeed, there’s no doubt that the Englishman needs to find some form of momentum soon if he wants to get his career back on track.
In step Neil Warnock – the saviour.
With Clyne supposedly on his way, there’s an opportunity for new talent to take his place. And with Klopp spending so much in other areas of the pitch, the board may be unwilling to supply additional transfer funds.
An opportunity, therefore, may present itself to these two Liverpool youngsters…

A product of one of the lesser known gem churners Le Havre academy – which has had its hand in the development of Riyad Mahrez, Dimitri Payet and Paul Pogba – Yasser Larouci looks set to be the next man to make a name for himself in English football.
Liverpool beat bitter rivals Manchester United to Larouci’s signature when he was brought to the club and their interest in the player wasn’t without reason.
He’s a typically gifted modern full-back – that’s for sure. Quick off the mark, with a strong footballing brain and technical ability to compliment it, he’s gifted with both offensive and defensive abilities – already picking up two assists in nine games this season.

As another product from an illustrious Ajax youth system, the 16-year-old has been billed to do some fantastic things at Liverpool by u-18s manager Barry Lewtas (via LiverpoolEcho).
From what we understand, the young man comes with some excellent attributes, namely his pace and technical ability on the ball.
He was chased up by AC Milan before making his move to Merseyside, and, as a current Dutch youth international, carries some serious expectations.
