Jose Mourinho is in hot pursuit of City and ready to pounce if the blue half of Manchester drop any points in the run into May. Tonight’s opposition will prove to be a tough task, however, though Spurs are not having the best of seasons and United will be looking to walk away from Wembley with the three points.

The Red Devils have a fantastic squad to choose from and, every player wants to play his part in helping the team get back on top. With the acquisition of new signing Alexis Sanchez, United will surely be given that new player bounce a star like the Chilean can bring to a squad.

The new signing will surely be looking for a quick return to London and to get one over on old rivals Tottenham. Sanchez will be eager to impress all around as he looks to get the life at United off to a flyer, and with so much press surrounding him, he can not afford a slow start.

With the partnership of Nemanja Matic and Paul Pogba seemingly Mourinho’s first choice, the Spaniard’s game time as declined this season. The midfielder and fan favourite will be eager to show what he can still bring to the club and the first team when given the opportunity.

A usual dogged performance from the hustling Herrera can once again give Mourinho the headache of reasons why not to play him.
