Things aren’t going overly well at Crystal Palace right now, with the Eagles propping up the bar in the Transfer Tavern venting over Alan Pardew right now.
Despite hefty summer expenditure, the south London club have rarely looked their best this season and the dismal 3-2 to Burnley has had the the Selhurst Park faithful seriously questioning ‘Pardiola’.
Still, there have a been a few bright sparks this term, particularly the form of Wilfried Zaha on the wings.
Since calling an end to his nightmare spell at Manchester United, the 23-year-old has begun to prove himself as one of the most testing wingers in the league, doing more for the team than simply goals or assists.
However, he’s yet to receive another England call-up, after breaking into the squad almost four years ago.
Now, according to the Sun, Zaha is considering a shock move in his allegiance, reportedly wanting to play for the Ivory Coast.
He was born in Abidjan and because he’s not featured for the Three Lions competitively, could even be included in the Elephants’ squad for the African Cup of Nations.
