Introducing: The man to turn Crystal Palace’s season around, Dominic Solanke

Crystal Palace managed to secure a valuable point away from home last time out as they put in a promising performance against Manchester United.

The Eagles haven’t lived up to expectations in the current campaign as they continue to disappoint under Roy Hodgson, despite securing a point at Old Trafford.

Sadly, one thing that has been affecting the club’s aims and aspirations is the lack of potency at the pinnacle of the attack, with Christian Benteke and Jordan Ayew still yet to get off the mark this season.

But, Hodgson could soon forget about his troubles and could even secure the future of his star man, with a simple loan swoop for Dominic Solanke in January.

Dominic Solanke has stagnated behind the scenes at Liverpool in the current campaign, which is forcing him towards a loan move away in January, with Crystal Palace big fans of the Englishman.

The forward managed to score four goals while on international duty with the England Under-21s recently, so it’s clear to see that he has the ability to thrive at a high level.

With the 21-year-old in red-hot form at this moment in time, he could single-handely solve Crystal Palace’s goalscoring problems and could even give Wilfried Zaha an incentive to stay at the club.

The winger was linked with a move away in the summer and the vultures could return in January, but bringing Solanke to Selhurst Park would give Zaha someone to bounce off that can compliment his play by finishing off the chances that have previously gone begging.

Roy Hodgson simply has to go all out to sign the striker in January as he offers everything that has been missing in the final third for the Eagles this season, pace, skills and the ability to finish.
