Manchester United fans in the Transfer Tavern are glued to their phones, trying to work out what the heck is going on in one of Juan Mata’s latest Twitter posts.
Ander Herrera and his countryman have created quite the bromantic bond since being teamed up at Old Trafford and posting selfies together on social media is certainly nothing new.
But Mata’s latest post has caused a stir almost as big as the black-and-blue or white-and-gold dress, should you remember the online phenomenon that gripped the world for a staggering half a day a few years back.

Indeed, look a little closer at Mata’s photo and you suddenly realise it’s actually a face swap! As one Twitter user points out, is it racist to say they look almost exactly alike? Who knows in this post-Brexit world we now live in.
Nonetheless, it’s certainly a bit of a mind-boggler and there is an eerie similarity between the two Manchester United midfielders, who are preparing to face FC Rostov in the Europa League tomorrow evening.
