Leeds United surrendered their unbeaten start to the Championship this season when they lost 2-1 at home to Birmingham. The result was a disappointing one but the fans aren’t too worried and like what they saw for a lot of the clash. Young Tyler Roberts again impressed and the fans are keen for him to kick on and get a few more goals on Friday when they hope to bounce back at Hillsborough.

Tyler Roberts has been drafted into the Leeds United first team in the absence of both Patrick Bamford and Kemar Roofe and the 19-year-old is stepping up to the plate. He bagged his first two goals in the Championship when he scored a brace against Preston last Tuesday and now he’ll be keen to add to those when he turns out against Sheffield Wednesday this Friday evening.
Plenty of fans were gutted with Saturday’s defeat, especially seeing as it was at the hands of ex-manager Garry Monk. Either way, it’s a defeat and the fans are desperate to bounce back. They all believe they’re capable of bouncing back too and it’s just a matter of time before they get another three points to keep them at the top of the table. The season will be a long one and if Roberts can continue to add goals then the club will be well placed to go up, especially if Marcelo Bielsa can get the 19-year-old firing alongside Roofe or Bamford when they return to fitness.
