Leeds United will be fairly content with the draw they earned at the Hawthorns on Wednesday night as they kicked off 2020 with a 1-1 scoreline against West Brom.
The two sides have been the best pair so far in the Sky Bet Championship and with the sides below them tripping over themselves and one another, they continue to have a good gap to those outside of the top two.
Indeed, last night was a big chance for one side to put a marker down but, in the end, a competitive affair saw the spoils shared.
Both move on fairly happy, then, but one bit of negative news for the Whites saw Tyler Roberts drop out of the squad late on thanks to a hamstring issue:
Tyler Roberts is here but has a tight hamstring. Left out as a precaution. #lufc

A young player with talent, he’s suffered a lot already with injury problems during his career and that fact was not lost on Leeds fans on social media.
Let’s take a look at the reaction to this news:
He’s had a tight hamstring since birth
