Loads of Leeds United fans have criticised manager Marcelo Bielsa following his side’s 1-0 defeat at home to Wigan Athletic on Saturday.
The Whites slipped up in their bid for automatic promotion back to the Premier League with their 3rd defeat in four games. An own goal on the hour mark from Pablo Hernandez decided the affair and the Argentinian coach found the finger pointed at him after the loss.
It is not the first time that he has been scrutinised, pundit Dean Saunders laid into him during last season’s campaign with the pressure growing on Bielsa to perform. Questions were asked after his treatment of Eddie Nketiah earlier during the current campaign, now supporters were wondering why new signing Jean-Kevin Augustin was not even on the bench. One fan even went as far as saying the “stubborn clown” should leave the club.

Bielsa plays great football but he never wins anything. I would class him as a brilliant coach but not a brilliant manager. The fact he has stuck with Casilla in goal all season after all his mistakes is beyond me, BPF would have been dropped… #lufc
