Leeds fans have every right to be optimistic this season, and this stat proves it

Leeds United v Charlton Athletic - Sky Bet Football League Championship

Our Leeds fans here in the Transfer Tavern have been delighted with their start to the season under Thomas Christiansen with them in pretty superb form right now.

The men from Elland Road have come out of the traps firing on all cylinders and are now the only side of the 72 Football League teams to be unbeaten across all competitions.

Of course, it’s unlikely that they’ll keep that up for the rest of the campaign but their can be no doubt that the club is looking strong at the moment and so they’ll be thinking of promotion already.

Indeed, in Christiansen they seem to have a manager more than capable of guiding them to success and the stats are just going to show how impressive his start has been.

Indeed, this one from Phil Hay really does make you take notice:

No teething problems for Christiansen as Leeds make their best start to a second division season since 1984:https://t.co/PAUrKzPWdW pic.twitter.com/uKOOvyMbev

Naturally, then, Leeds fans are thinking that this year might just be the one to get promoted this season.

Thoughts, Leeds fans? Let us know below!
