Leeds fans have been waiting for the day where Izzy Brown makes his senior debut for them for a very long time. The 22-year-old attacker was loaned in by Marcelo Bielsa back in summer despite the fact he was still recovering from a knee ligament injury. He was on the bench on Saturday against Middlesbrough, and it looks like he’ll be there tomorrow.

The youngster featured for the Leeds United U23s again yesterday, although he played just 45 minutes as it looks like Bielsa is keen to have him available for tomorrow, even if he doesn’t feature in the tie. The Chelsea man could have a huge impact on this Leeds side, and it will be a Bielsa masterstroke if the young forward can come back and have an impact in the final few months of the season.
The goals thsi season for Leeds have mainly come through Kemar Roofe, however, with Patrick Bamford and Izzy Brown getting back to fitness it looks like the pair will be ready to come into the side and start firing. Those added goals will be what Bielsa is looking for and if they can retake top spot in the Championship then it will go down as a piece of brilliance from Bielsa.
