Leeds: Fans react as Liam Cooper drops out of Scotland squad

The latest international break is underway and with it means a lull in the action for both Premier League and Championship sides.

Both divisions are providing excitement at the moment and the second tier is certainly doing what it does best in the sense that it is looking so hard to call.

Indeed, we’ve got a number of teams capable of earning promotion this season from the second division and Leeds United will rightly feel as though they are one of those sides.

Certainly, though, they won’t want to see any of their players getting injured during this international period, as they head towards the festive schedule and the glut of games that that brings.

And, that in mind, it might well be a relief to Leeds fans that Liam Cooper has dropped out of the Scotland squad with an injury.
