Leeds United: Fans worship midfielder Mateusz Klich ahead of Huddersfield clash

Responding to a post by Leeds United’s official club account, many Whites fans have been in awe over midfielder Mateusz Klich’s comments that he ‘can’t wait‘ for the Yorkshire derby.

The Poland international, who has started all 36 games for Leeds United this season as one of Marcelo Bielsa’s key midfield men, is looking to give his side’s bid for automatic promotion a boost with a victory over Huddersfield Town – with the 29-year-old apparently buzzing for the clash.

The midfielder has, so far, registered a noteworthy 81.3% pass success rate in the Championship – scoring four goals and assisting four others as well this season. As well as this, only three players (Kalvin Phillips, Stuart Dallas and Luke Ayling) have registered more tackles on average than Klich (2 per game), highlighting the crucial nature of his contributions, as per WhoScored.com.

As a result, many supporters flocked to hail the player’s comments – calling him a ‘machine‘ and ‘unreal‘. Find all of their best comments down below…
